A 3 phase Program for Mums

Postnatal Recovery & Diastasis Rehab Coaching in Giffnock

Restore 8 week 1-1

Our 1:1 Program allows us to concentrate the more specific Post Natal Issues you need to work on. Whether that be Diastasis Recti/core, pelvic floor or pain right through to future fitness goals.

Within our Restore Method we get super clear on your needs through assessment and set some firm goals for the next 8 weeks to ensure you feel strong and confident in your body again.

This highly specialist program is Physiotherapist approved.

As well as our weekly in person session you also receive access to our online hub of home workouts to support your recovery between sessions.

Restore Small Group PT

Our small group sessions are a great way to meet other Mums whilst focusing on your body's different needs at this time.

We cover all the same elements as our 1-1 sessions but as a small group. There is still plenty time to ask questions specific to your individual recovery.

Both 1-1 & group programs are recommended for Mums up to a year post natal who want to rebuild the deep core, pelvic floor and improve posture & pain from pregnancy and the post natal period.
